11. "व्यक्ति” -

कोई भी कम्पनी या संगम, या व्यक्ति निकाय चाहे वह निगमित हो या नहीं, " व्यक्ति" शब्द के अन्तर्गत आता है।

11. "Person". -

The word “person” includes any Company or Association, or body of persons, whether incorporated or not.
