ऐसे वादों में अभिप्राप्त अनुतोष या प्रतिकर का प्रभाजन (Apportionment of relief or compensation obtained by such suits)

181. ऐसे वादों में अभिप्राप्त अनुतोष या प्रतिकर का प्रभाजन -- ऐसे किसी वाद में अनुतोष या प्रतिकर के तौर पर जो कुछ भी अभिप्राप्त किया जाए, वह जहाँ पर कि उपनिधाता और उपनिहिती के बीच का सम्बन्ध है, उनके अपने अपने हितों के अनुसार बरता जाएगा।

181. Apportionment of relief or compensation obtained by such suits - Whatever is obtained by way of relief or compensation in any such suit shall, as between the bailor and the bailee, be dealt with according to their respective interests
