उपनिहिती के प्रति उपनिधाता का उत्तरदायित्व (Bailor's responsibility to bailee)

164. उपनिहिती के प्रति उपनिधाता का उत्तरदायित्व -- उपनिधाता उपनिहिती की ऐसी किसी भी हानि के लिए उत्तरदायी है जो उपनिहिती इस कारण उठाए कि उपनिधाता उपनिधान करने या माल को वापस लेने या उसके सम्बन्ध में निदेश देने का हकदार नहीं था।

164. Bailor's responsibility to bailee - The bailor is responsible to the bailee for any loss which the bailee may sustain by reason that the bailor was not entitled to make the bailment, or to receive back the goods, or to give directions respecting them.
