समय के अवसान पर या प्रयोजन पूरा होने पर उपनिहित माल की वापसी (Return of goods bailed, on expiration of time or accomplishment of purpose)

160. समय के अवसान पर या प्रयोजन पूरा होने पर उपनिहित माल की वापसी -- उपनिहिती का यह कर्तव्य है कि ज्यों ही उस समय का, जिसके लिए माल उपनिहित किया गया था, अवसान हो जाए या वह प्रयोजन, जिसके लिए वह माल उपनिहित किया गया था, पूरा हो जाए, उपनिहित माल को माँग के बिना वापस कर दे या उपनिधाता के निदेशों के अनुसार परिदत कर दे।

160. Return of goods bailed, on expiration of time or accomplishment of purpose - It is the duty of the bailee to return, or deliver according to the bailor's directions, the goods bailed, without demand, as soon as the time for which they were bailed has expired, or the purpose for which they were bailed has been accomplished.
