इस संविदा पर प्रत्याभूति देना कि लेनदार उस पर तब तक कार्य नहीं करेगा जब तक सहप्रतिभू सम्मिलित नहीं हो जाता (Guarantee on contract that creditor shall not act on it until co-surety joins)

144. इस संविदा पर प्रत्याभूति देना कि लेनदार उस पर तब तक कार्य नहीं करेगा जब तक सहप्रतिभू सम्मिलित नहीं हो जाता-- जहाँ कि कोई व्यक्ति इस संविदा पर प्रत्याभूति देता है कि लेनदार उस पर तब तक कार्य नहीं करेगा जब तक कि कोई अन्य व्यक्ति सह-प्रतिभू के रूप में उसमें सम्मिलित नहीं हो जाता, वहाँ यदि वह अन्य व्यक्ति सम्मिलित नहीं होता तो वह प्रत्याभूति विधिमान्य नहीं है

144. Guarantee on contract that creditor shall not act on it until co-surety joins - Where a person gives a guarantee upon a contract that the creditor shall not act upon it until another person has joined in it as co-surety, the guarantee is not valid if that other person does not join.
