Whereas clause 15 of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 2000 (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Order), empowers the Central Govt., for avoiding any hardship or in consideration of the public interest, by notification in the Official Gazette.
