Unique Identification Authority of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 53 read with sub-section (4) of section 14 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Unique Identification Authority of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2016.
