The Divisional Commissioners may be ordered to detain the person in respect of any person within their divisions (including any foreigner) to prevent him from engaging in illicit trade of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances

संभागीय आयुक्तों को उनके संभागों के भीतर किसी व्यक्ति के संबंध में (जिसमें कोई विदेशी भी सम्मिलित है) उसे स्वापक ओषधि और मन:प्रभावी पदार्थों के अवैध व्यापार में लगने से रोकने के लिए व्यक्ति को निरुद्ध किये जाने के आदेश दे सकेंगे
