The Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Magistrate (LA), Bankura, as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in connection with Construction of Bridge over river Tarapur between Ch. 270.5 km to 271.0 km on NH 60, in the State of West Bengal, as specified in the Table below.
