In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the United Nations (Privileges and Immunities) Act, 1947 (46 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions of section 1 of Article I, sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and section 8 of Article II, section 9 of Article III and clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of section 18 of Article V of the Schedule to the said Act shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the International Finance Corporation and its representatives and officials.
