Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. 434/GJ-HP/2014 (2) dated 26.02.2014, as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers, to assist the Returning Officers of the Parliamentary Constituencies of the Gujarat State.
