NOTIFICATION - HOME AFFAIRS - 2016-07-19

Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest to exclude certain descriptions of arms from the operation of all or some of the provisions of the Arms Act, 1959 (54 of 1959).  

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby excludes the arms of the description specified in column (1) of the table herein below from such of the provisions of the said Act as are mentioned in column (2) of the said table.
