NOTIFICATION-FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS AUTHORITY OF INDIA-S.O. 2428(E)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006) and in supersession of the Ministry of Health and family Welfare, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India notification number S.O.1299(E), dated the 29th March, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 4th April, 2016, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following laboratories accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories specified in column (2) of the Table below for the purposes of carrying out analysis of food samples taken under Section 47 of the said Act, namely:-
