In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 read with Section 15 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), the Central Government, hereby nominates Shri Shakir Husain Ansari as a Shia member of the Haj Committee of India.
