New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), Central Govt., hereby appoints Shri Dharam Pal, IAS (AGMU 1988), who is presently working as Financial Commissioner, GNCTD as Chairperson, New Delhi Municipal Council as an interim arrangement till appointment of regular incumbent. Shri Dharam Pal will hold the charge of Chairperson, NDMC in addition to his substantive charge as Financial Commissioner, GNCTD.
