Land Acquisition on National Highways No-94 in the State of Uttarakhand

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the central govt. hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the function of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publications of this notification in the official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to Districts, Taluk, Police stations and Villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively in respect of Rehabilitation and up- gradation to 2- lane/2-lane with paved shoulders configuration & strengthening of National Highways in the state of Uttarakhand Km. 1.900 (Rishikesh) to 144.00 (Dharasu) of NH- 94.
