In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) of Section 1 of the Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 2001 (45 of 2001), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of June, 2015 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force in the Territory of the Sate of Manipur.
