In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966 and having regard to the factors mentioned in sub-clause (1) thereof, the Central Govt., after consultation with the authorities, bodies and associations as are considered necessary by it to be consulted and on the basis of the fair and remunerative price of sugarcane at Rs. 220.00 per quintal.
