The President is pleased to grant honorary commission to the rank of Honorary Captians Lieutenant on the eve of Republic Day 2014 to the under mentioned Honorary Lieutenant JCOs on active list under para 177 of Regulations for the Army 1987, with effect from 26 January 2014.
