Government of India in the Ministry of Coal Number S.O. 452(E), dated the 22nd November, 2012, issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) DHUPTALA OPENCAST MINE (SASTI UNDERGROUND TO OPENCAST) BALLARPUR AREA DISTRICT- CHANDRAPUR (MAHARASHTRA): in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to acquire Surface Rights in and over the land measuring 870.87 hectares (approximately) or 2151.92 acres (approximately) described in the Schedule appended hereto.
