Extension of the validity of fee structure of the academic year, 2012-13 for the academic years 2014-15 and 2015-16

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 8 of 2007), the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi constituted a State Fee Regulatory Committee vide notification No. F. DHE (45)/2007-08/6962 dated the 1st February, 2013 for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the smooth functioning assigned to it in the said Act. The said committee has submitted its report for the academic years of 2013-16.

Whereas the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has decided that the fee structure for the academic year 2012-13 which was extended upto year 2013-14 vide notification No. F. No. DHE 4(68)/SFRC/14- 15/9712 dated the 19th February, 2016, be further extended to the academic years 2014-15 and 2015-16.

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and (13) of section 6 of the said Act, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby extends the validity of fee structure of the academic year, 2012-13 for the academic years 2014-15 and 2015-16.
