Exemption from customs duty for the goods Anti-Malarial drugs , Diagnostics and Medical Products : Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

No: 618 Dated: Nov, 21 2014

The Central Govt, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts the goods mentioned in column (2) of the Table below of the description specified in column (3) of the said Table, when imported into India, from the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
