Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the Estate Officer by or under the Act, whithin the local limits of his respective jurisdiction, in respect of the Public premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the Table.
