In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1735 (E), dated the 26th June, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 26th June 2015, namely:—
