CORRIGENDUM - MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS - 1904

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and subSection 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 2090(E) dated 13.06.2016 had allowed relaxation in weight and dimension for transportation of three “Generator Stator” from M/s Toshiba JSW Power Systems Pvt. Ltd., Chennai to NTPC Kudgi – 3 × 800 MW Super Thermal Power Project, Kudgi, Karnataka by road. In the above notification, the table of para-4 may be substituted with the following table :
