Coal is likely to be obtained from the lands in the locality of SALAIPAHAR COAL BLOCK, DISTRICT- DUMKA (JHARKHAND): In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisitions and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby give notice of its intention to prospect for coal from the land described in the said Schedule.
