Central Govt. hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Govt. of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006 after having dispensed with the requirement of notice under clause(a) of sub-rule (3) of said rule 5, in public interest.
