Central Government hereby authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer, Sahibganj as the Competent authority to Perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 0.000 to Km. 8.500 of the National Highway No. 133B for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Jharkhand
