Central Government being satisfied that the public interest so requires that the services engaged in the following industries/establishments under the Ministry of Finance which are covered under different items of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), as under, should be declared as Public Utility Services for the purposes of the said Act
