Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose the lands, the brief description of which are given in the Schedule below, are required for building (widening/two laning with paved shoulders etc.) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 565 in the stretch between Km 143.000 to 304.000 in District Prakasham in the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such lands.
