Appointment of the Commissioner of Railway Safety, North Eastern Circle, Lucknow to act as the Commissioner of Metro Railway

In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002 (60 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Railway Safety, North Eastern Circle, Lucknow to act as the Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety in respect of the Metro Railway Projects in Lucknow with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
