Appointment of following officers

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1 of 2010) and read with section 2(q) of the said Act, the competent authority hereby appoints :-

1. Sh. Girish Kumar Saxena as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr.-II)

2. Sh. Amit Kumar as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr-III)

3. Sh. Ashwani Kumar as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr-III)

4. Sh. Bhagwati Prasad as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr-III)

5. Sh. Dalip Kumar as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr.-III)

6. Sh. Manish Jain as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr.-III)

7. Sh. Manoj Kumar Debnath as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr.-III)

8. Sh. Satish Kumar Minocha as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr-III)

9. Sh. Satya Kumar as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr.-III)

10. Sh. Tek Chand as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr.-III) and

11. Smt. Santosh Verma as Legal Metrology Officer (Gr.-III)

for the purpose of the said Act, for the National Capital Territory of Delhi, so long as he/she holds the post of Inspector/Sub-Inspector/Legal Metrology Officer in the Weights and Measures Department or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
