Appointing the 13th day of April, 2015, as the date on which the Constitution (Ninety-ninth Amendment) Act, 2014 shall come into force.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Constitution (Ninety-ninth Amendment) Act, 2014, the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th day of April, 2015, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
