The President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Superintendent in the Appellate Tribunal under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, These rules may be called the Appellate Tribunal, Prevention of Money-laundering, Superintendent (Group B post), Recruitment Rules, 2014.
