In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (4) of section 3 read with section 4 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of School Education and Literacy) number S.O. 1109(E), dated the 1st May, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (ii) vide No. S.O. 1109(E), dated the 1st May, 2013, namely:-
