In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (3) of section 4 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972 (13 of 1972), read with rules 3 and 4 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1972, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, published vide S.O. No. 3270(E) dated the 3rd December, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) dated 4th December, 2015 namely:-
