AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PRINCIPALITY OF LIECHTENSTEIN ON THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION ON TAX MATTERS : Section 90 of the Income tax Act, 1961

The Central Govt. hereby directs that the said agreement between the Govt. of the Republic of India and the Govt. of the Principality of Liechtenstein on the exchange of information on tax matters, as set out in the annexure hereto, shall have effect for all requests made in respect of taxable periods beginning on or after 1st April, 2013.
