Acquisition of land in respects of National Highway No. 326A in Andhra Pradesh

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), The Central Government hereby authorizes the Revenue Division Officer, Palakonda as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land km. 2/000 to 4/000 for Construction of ROB on NH-326A at Pathapatanam village in the state of Andhra Pradesh, as specified in the schedule given below.
