Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 35 in West Bengal

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Magistrate (LA), North 24 Parganas as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the Construction of ROB in replacement of existing level crossing at km. 19.900 to km. 21.425, km. 22.157 to 24.609 & km. 52.048 to km. 53.363 of NH-35 in the state of West Bengal, specified in the schedule given below.
