Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 217 in Odisha on the stretch Km. 434/090 to Km. 435/800

in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), The Central Government hereby authorizes The Tahsildar cum LAO Nuapada as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 434/090 to Km. 435/800 of the National Highway No. 217 for Construction of ROB and its approaches in the State of Odisha, as specified in the schedule given below.
