Acquisition of land for construction of ROB at Km. 200.400 in lieu of L.C. No.79 E/spl-3 from Km. 200 to 201 of the National Highway No.214 (New NH No.165)

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby authorizes the Joint Collector, Krishna as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 200 to 201of the National Highway No.214 (New NH No.165)for acquisition of the lands “for construction of ROB at Km 200.400 in lieu of L.C. No.79 E/spl-3of NH214(New NH No.165) in the state of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the schedule given below.
