The Central Govt, in consultation with the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board, and having regard to the working conditions and benefits provided to contract labour and other relevant factors enumerated in sub-section (2) of section 10 of the said Act, hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the job of Cargo Handling namely Loader and Packers in the establishment of Airport Authority of India.
