Withdrawal system of bills of Works Department and Forest Department-  Budget alloted in  establishment heads shall not be transferred to WDDF/FDDF and bills shall be paid through treasury.

निर्माण विभाग एवं वन विभाग के देयकों की आहरण व्यवस्था- स्थापना सम्बन्धी शीर्ष में आवंटित बजट WDDF/FDDF में हस्तांतरित नहीं होगा और सम्बंधित देयकों का आहरण कोषालय के माध्यम से ही किया जावेगा.
