_{Whereas an Offer of Appointment was issued to Ms.Sunita D/o Shri.Dwarika Mahate vide this Office Memorandum No. F. 44(05)2018/DSW/Estt./16331 dated 02/08/2018 and its subsequent  reminder F. 44(05)/2018/DSW/Estt./26447  dated 18/10/2018, in pursuance of nominations received from Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board, GNCT of Delhi. Vide the aforesaid Memorandum she was required to submit her acceptance to the offer within a period of three weeks. However, no communication has been received from her in this regard, so far.} 

_{Therefore, vide this memorandum, you are hereby informed that your candidature is hereby cancelled and the said offer of appointment shall stand lapsed automatically and no further communication from you will be entertained in future.}
