In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act No. 16 of 1908), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby orders that the registration fees chargeable on the sale deeds to be executed in favour of Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Limited in respect of the following 60 flats of Rajasthan Flousing Board situated at Bhrigu Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur, shall be remitted:-
