Sanction to increase in Shridhha Nidhi by 20 percent for senior journalists

The state cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan sanctioned increase in 'Shridhha Nidhi' to senior journalists by 20 percent in its meeting. The amount will be Rs 6000, on the place of Rs 5000 per month. Total 109 senior and veteran journalists will be benefited by the decision.

The cabinet decided to provide services of doctors of Ayurveda-Unani in primary health centres, sans allopathic doctors, after training, with the view to avail health services to public in the state.

The cabinet sanctioned nine new government ITIs and upgradation of three ITIs.  Along with this, Rs 133 crore and total 303 posts were sanctioned for establishment of the ITIs, their operation and upgradation. The places where new ITIs will be opened include Piplanarayanwar, Manpur, Pali, Silwani, Begumganj, Chandala, Ghoda Dongari, Badra and Hatpipliya and ITIs at Nagda Nagar, Dhunwar and Karkeli will be upgraded.

The cabinet took decision to provide tax compensation under non-planned fund to cantonment board in the state at par the urban bodies , fund for road repairing, and basic infrastructure as per the criteria and eligibility recommended by State Finance Commission.

The cabinet gave its nod to develop 75.60 km long Seoni-Katani-Bonkatta road till Maharashtra border and 46.98 km long Garra-Boraseoni -Tumsar road till Maharashtra border with two lane short shoulder and with EPC mode.

The cabinet approved benefits of Shetty commission's recommendations to non-judiciary staff of subordinate courts. Order carrier, reader grade-I and II, stenographer grade II and III and court superintendent will get the benefit.

The cabinet endorsed the sanction of Rs 2.85 crore as per announcement of Chief Minister for Rio Olympic and Rio Paralympic 2016.

The cabinet approved amendment in Biomass based electric generation project execution policy 2011.

मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराजसिंह चौहान की अध्यक्षता में हुई मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में प्रदेश के वरिष्ठ पत्रकारों को मिल रही श्रद्धा निधि में 20 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की मंजूरी दी है। यह राशि अब 5 हजार रुपए प्रतिमाह से बढ़कर 6 हजार रुपए प्रतिमाह होगी। इससे प्रदेश के 109 वरिष्ठ एवं बुजुर्ग पत्रकार लाभान्वित होंगे।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने प्रदेश की जनता को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की सहज उपलब्धता की दृष्टि से एलोपैथिक चिकित्सक विहीन प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण के बाद आयुर्वेदिक-यूनानी चिकित्सकों की सेवाएँ उपलब्ध करवाने का निर्णय लिया।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने 9 नए शासकीय आईटीआई की स्थापना और 3 आईटीआई के अपग्रेडेशन की मंजूरी दी। साथ ही इन आईटीआई की स्थापना, संचालन एवं उन्नयन के लिए 133 करोड़ और कुल 303 पद सृजन करने की मंजूरी दी। नए आईटीआई में पीपलानारायणवार, मानपुर, पाली, सिलवानी, बेगमगंज, चन्दला, घोड़ा डोंगरी, बदरा और हाटपिपलिया तथा अपग्रेडेशन वाले आईटीआई में नागदा नगर , धुनवार और करकेली शामिल हैं।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने प्रदेश में स्थित कन्टोनमेंट बोर्ड को राज्य शासन द्वारा नगरीय निकायों के अनुरुप अनुदान देने संबंधी आयोजनेत्तर मद के तहत चुंगी क्षतिपूर्ति, सड़क मरम्मत अनुदान, मूलभूत सुविधाओं के लिए राज्य वित्त आयोग द्वारा अनुशंसित अनुदान को निर्धारित मापदंड एवं पात्रतानुसार देने का निर्णय लिया।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने सड़क विकास निगम द्वारा प्रस्तावित 75.60 किलोमीटर लंबाई की सिवनी -कटंगी-बोनकट्टा महाराष्ट्र सीमा तक और46. 98 किलोमीटर लम्बाई की गर्रा-बारासिवनी-तुमसर महाराष्ट्र सीमा तक को दो लेन हार्ड शोल्डर के साथ ईपीसी मोड पर विकसित करने की मंजूरी दी ।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने शेट्टी आयोग की अनुशंसाओं का लाभ अधीनस्थ न्यायालयों के गैर न्यायिक अमले को देने की मंजूरी दी। इसमें आदेशिका वाहक, रीडर-ग्रेड 1 एवं 2 , स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड 2 और 3 , न्यायालय अधीक्षक शामिल हैं।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने रियो ओलम्पिक 2016 और रियो पैराओलम्पिक 2016 के लिए मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा अनुसार कुल 2 करोड़ 85 लाख रुपए की स्वीकृति का अनुसमर्थन किया।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने वायोमॉस आधारित विद्युत परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन नीति 2011 में संशोधन का अनुमोदन किया।
