भारतीय वायु सेना द्वारा की गई कार्यवाही पर प्रशंसा प्रस्ताव पारित

मुख्यमंत्री श्री कमल नाथ की अध्यक्षता में हुई मंत्रि-परिषद की बैठक में भारतीय वायु सेना द्वारा की गई कार्यवाही पर प्रशंसा प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया। मध्यप्रदेश मंत्रि-परिषद का मानना है कि आतंकवाद के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कदम उठाये जायें। भारतीय वायु सेना का यह शौर्य भरा कदम देश को गौरवान्वित करने वाला है। मध्यप्रदेश मंत्रि-परिषद ने भारतीय वायु सेना की भूरि-भूरि प्रंशसा की है।

मंत्रि-परिषद ने शासकीय सेवकों/पेंश्नरों/ पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के पंचायत सचिवों तथा स्थायी कर्मियों को देय महंगाई भत्ता/राहत की दर में एक जुलाई 2018 से 2 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की मंजूरी दी है। महंगाई भत्ते की प्रस्तावित वृद्धि का नगद भुगतान मार्च 2019 के वेतन (भुगतान माह अप्रैल 2019) से किया जाएगा। जुलाई 2018 से फरवरी 2019 तक की देय एरियर राशि को भविष्य निधि खाते में जमा किया जाएगा। राष्ट्रीय पेंशन योजना के अभिदाताओं तथा पेंशनर्स को नगद भुगतान किया जाएगा।

माँ नर्मदा और ताप्ती नदी न्यास बनाने की मंजूरी

मंत्रि-परिषद ने माँ नर्मदा नदी न्यास और माँ ताप्ती नदी न्यास बनाने की मंजूरी दी है। प्रस्तावित न्यास इन नदी के हित संरक्षण के लिए विभिन्न आवश्यक कार्य करेंगे। इन नदी के पारिस्थितिकीय तंत्र का संरक्षण एवं उन्नयन करने का प्रयास करेंगे। इन नदी के लिए हितकारी मामलों में प्रभावी कदम उठाने के लिए नागरिकों को सशक्त करेंगे।

रीवा,ग्वालियर एवं इन्दौर में वायरल रिसर्च डायगनो‍स्टिक लैब

मंत्रि-परिषद ने भारत सरकार के सहयोग से रीवा,ग्वालियर एवं इन्दौर में वायरल रिसर्च डायगनो‍स्टिक लैब की स्थापना की मंजूरी दी है। प्रत्येक लैब के लिए रिसर्च साइंटिस्ट-1 (मेडिकल), रिसर्च साइंटिस्ट (नान मे‍डिकल) एवं रिसर्च असिस्टेंट के एक-एक पद के मान से कुल 9 नवीन पद नियमित वेतनमान की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई।

खिलाड़ियों को उच्च तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण

मंत्रि-परिषद द्वारा खेल और युवा कल्याण विभाग के अन्तर्गत संचालित विभिन्न खेल अकादमियों  के सुद्दढ़ीकरण के लिए नये उच्च तकनीकी विषय विशेषज्ञों की सेवाएं आवश्यक हों, इसके लिए पूर्व में जारी मार्गदर्शी सिद्धांत के स्थान पर नवीन मार्गदर्शी सिंद्धात की स्वीकृति दी गई। नवीन मार्गदर्शी सिद्धांत के आधार पर नवीन स्पोटर्स सांईस से संबंधित तकनीकी विशेषज्ञों की सेवायें ली जा सकेंगी। इससे खिलाड़ियों को उच्च तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध हो सकेगा।

छिंदवाड़ा सिंचाई कॉम्पलेक्स परियोजना

मंत्रि-परिषद ने छिंदवाड़ा सिंचाई कॉम्पलेक्स परियोजना के कुल सेच्य क्षेत्र 1 लाख 90 हजार 500 हेक्टेयर के प्रांरभिक परियोजना प्रस्ताव के लिए 5470 करोड़ 95 लाख रूपये की प्रशासकीय स्वीकृति प्रदान की।

जनजातीय कार्य विभाग का नाम परिवर्तन

मंत्रि-परिषद ने जनजातीय कार्य विभाग का नाम बदलकर आदिम जाति कल्याण विभाग करने के लिए कार्य आवंटन नियम में संशोधन करने की मंजूरी दी है।

 

Motion of appreciation passed on action of Indian Air Force

Two percent DA/Relief approved for government servants and pensioners

A motion of appreciation was passed in the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath today on the action taken by the Indian Air Force. The Madhya Pradesh Cabinet believes that strict action should be taken against terrorism. The brave step taken by the Indian Air Force is going to make the country proud. The Cabinet is all praise for the Indian Air Force.

The Cabinet has granted its approval for a 2 per cent rise in the Dearness Allowance / Relief rate payable to the government servants/pensioners/ Panchayat Secretaries and permanent workers of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department from July 1, 2018. Cash payment of the proposed hike of Dearness Allowance will be made from March 2019 (payment April 2019). The arrears payable from July 2018 to February 2019 will be credited to Provident Fund Account. Cash payments will be made to the subscribers and pensioners of the National Pension Scheme.

Approval to making of Maa Narmada and Tapti River Trust

The Cabinet has approved the formation of Maa Narmada River Trust and Maa Tapti River Trust. The proposed trust will perform various works necessary for the protection of these rivers. Efforts will be made to conserve and upgrade these river ecosystems Citizens will be empowered to take effective measures in cases related to the betterment of the rivers.

Viral Research Lab in Rewa, Gwalior and Indore

The cabinet has given approval for the establishment of Viral Research Lab in cooperation with the Union Government in Rewa, Gwalior and Indore. Approval has been given for total 9 new regular pay scale posts in the ratio of one Research Assistant-1 (Medical), one Research Scientist (Non-Medical) and one Research Assistant at each lab.

High Technical training to players

For strengthening various sports academies being run under the Sports and Youth Welfare Department, the cabinet has given approval for new guiding principles in lieu of guiding principles issued in the past to make services of new highly technical subject experts essential. On the basis of the guiding principles the services related to the new sports science of the technical experts could be taken to provide high technical training to players.

Chhindwara Irrigation Complex Project

The cabinet has given an administrative sanction of Rs. 5470 crore 95 lakh for the preliminary project proposal of total One lakh 90 thousand 500 hectare irrigation command area of Chhindwara Irrigation Complex Project.

Name of Tribal Affairs Department changed

The cabinet has given an approval to make amendment in the allocation of business rules to change the name of the Tribal Affairs department to Tribal Welfare department.
