मंत्रिमंडल ने जम्मू-कश्मीर पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 2019 के प्रावधानों में कठिनाइयों को दूर करने के लिए राष्ट्रपति द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेश को पूर्व प्रभाव से मंजूरी दी

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने जम्मू-कश्मीर पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 2019 की धारा 103 के तहत, भारत सरकार (व्यापारिक लेनदेन) नियमावली, 1961 के नियम 12 के अनुसार अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के कार्यान्वयन में उत्पन्न कठिनाइयों को दूर करने के लिए राष्ट्रपति द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेश को पूर्व प्रभाव से अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है।

अधिसूचना जारी होने से केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर और केंद्र शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख में कुछ कानूनों के इस्तेमाल में अधिनियम को लागू करने के संदर्भ में कठिनाइयां दूर होंगी।

The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given ex-post facto approval for the Order issued by the President of India under section 103 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019 to remove the difficulties that have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Act as per Rule 12 of the Government of India (Transaction of Business) Rules, 1961.

The issue of the notification would remove the difficulties in giving effect to the provisions of the Act in the application of certain laws to the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh.
