In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005 (21 of 2005) and in supersession of the Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Delivery Systems, Appointment of Advisory Committees and their Powers and Duties Rules, 2006, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: -
