Uttarakhand Miscelleneous Act Validation Act, 2013
[Uttarakhand Act No. 18 of 2013]
An Act for alteration the name of Laws in force prior to 09 November, 2000 as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand.
Be it enacted by the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
1. Short title and Commencement:- (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Miscellaneous Act Validation Act, 2013.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Validation of Miscellaneous Act:- (1) In miscellaneous Laws mentioned in Scheduled ‘A’ and ‘B’ of this Act, the words “Uttarakhand” shall be substituted in place of words “Uttar Pradesh” to the context of State of Uttarakhand.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the Miscellaneous Act as mentioned in Scheduled ‘A’ and ‘B’ shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act were in force at all material times.
